Is this print or digital?
This pre-order covers a digital first release. Print format will follow.
When will the book be delivered?
Pre-orders receive the digital edition on release day. You will receive an email when the file is ready.
Can programs buy in bulk with an invoice instead of a credit card?
Yes. Bulk and institutional orders can be invoiced. Use the contact page for volume orders.
Is there a refund policy?
Pre-orders are not refundable. If the book is not delivered you will receive a full refund automatically.
Can I license this material for classroom or professional training use?
Yes, for internal use within the purchasing organization. Re-distribution outside the organization is not permitted. Use the Contact Us page for more information
